Charger Depot 30 Days Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Charger Depot. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility: a. To be eligible for a return and refund, you must request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. b. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

  2. Return Process: a. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact us . Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. b. Please securely package the product and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Any return without an RMA number may not be accepted or processed.

  3. Return Shipping: a. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or there was an error in the order fulfillment on our part. b. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  4. Inspection and Refund: a. Once we receive the returned product and inspect it for eligibility, we will process the refund. b. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  5. Non-Refundable Items: a. Some products are not eligible for return and refund due to hygiene reasons or other considerations. These items include, but are not limited to, earphones, headphones, and certain personal care products. Please check the product page for specific return eligibility information.

  6. Damaged or Defective Products: a. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, if applicable.

  7. Incorrect Orders: a. If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you, and we will cover any return shipping costs for the incorrect item.

  8. Cancellation of Orders: a. Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the regular return process.
